1.     Assist supervisors in daily production activity to meet desired productivity and achieve good product quality.

2.     Provide guidance to Technician I to perform process setup, machine trouble-shooting, carry out preventive maintenance / cleaning and ensure instrument are calibrated timely.

3.     Responsible to manage machine spare parts inventories control.

4.     Coordinate with supplier / vendor on machine servicing and spare parts fabrication.

5.     Responsible for complying with EHS/6S/GMP/SOPs and regulatory requirements..

6.     Participate and support tasks / projects assigned by management to drive for continuous improvement.

Qualification / Education

To include the education that is necessary to perform the job satisfactorily

·       NITEC / Diploma or equivalent

Skill Set / Experience

List the knowledge / skill / experience required

·       NITEC with at least 2 years’ experience or Fresh Diploma

·       Knowledge of PLC is advantage

·       Good knowledge in trouble shooting skills in mechanical, electrical and control engineering
