Job Description:
Typically acts as the secondary coverage for clients. Extensive product knowledge. Interacts with clients to execute complex product transactions that generate significant revenue. Works under direction of more senior associates.


The Market-Linked Investments Structuring & Origination team is a cross-asset structured products group responsible for the origination, structuring, positioning, and execution of customized investment solutions for Retail and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients across the Americas. The team develops strategic and tactical investment ideas, structures OTC derivatives and Market-Linked Investments, and provides portfolio positioning and risk-management solutions across equities, commodities, foreign exchange, interest rates, and hybrid asset classes.


Responsibilities:

  • Originating and structuring customized OTC derivatives and Market-Linked Investments aligned with client objectives, market views, and risk tolerances.
  • Developing research-driven investment, hedging, and portfolio positioning strategies across asset classes.
  • Preparing term sheets, educational materials, marketing collateral, and client presentations.
  • Pricing, executing, and coordinating transactions with Sales, Trading, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Technology partners.
  • Leading strategic platform initiatives focused on modernizing the end-to-end structured products ecosystem.
  • Partnering with internal technology teams and external providers to enhance platform functionality, automate workflows, and improve operational scalability.
  • Defining business requirements and future-state workflows across origination, execution, servicing, and reporting processes.
  • Driving integration and optimization efforts across multiple systems and third-party platforms to deliver a more efficient and intuitive advisor experience.
  • Developing strategic roadmaps and business cases that support innovation, advisor adoption, business growth, and operational efficiency.
  • Identifying opportunities to leverage technology, digital solutions, and industry partnerships to expand capabilities, improve client outcomes, and support the continued growth of the business.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-5+ years of relative financial industry experience.
  • Knowledge of capital markets, derivatives, structured products, and portfolio construction.
  • Must hold SIE, Series 7, 66, and 79 licenses, or be able to obtain the required licenses within 120 days of hire.

  • Strong quantitative, analytical, strategic, and communication skills, with the ability to bridge investment expertise, technology. development, and business transformation initiatives.
  • Experience structuring, pricing, or executing derivatives and/or Market-Linked Investments.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving business, technology, operations, and external partners.
  • Experience developing platform capabilities, workflow enhancements, or business transformation initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across multiple organizations.
  • A strategic mindset focused on innovation, scalability, process improvement, and enhancing advisor and client experiences through technology and partnership-driven solutions.

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$97,500.00 - $134,700.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
