Our client is a leading professional organization seeking an experienced professional to manage technical projects, sustainability standards, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.

Job Overview
The Manager – Technical will oversee technical projects, support sustainability standards development, coordinate committee activities, and manage stakeholder engagement to ensure effective project delivery and compliance with international best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.

• Support research, development, and implementation of sustainability standards.
• Coordinate technical committees, meetings, workshops, and events.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure alignment with international best practices.
• Oversee project execution and evaluate outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Member of CA Sri Lanka.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred; Law qualification is an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; international audit firm experience is an advantage.
• Experience in project management, standards development, and event coordination.
• Knowledge of sustainability standards and project management tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
