Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a  Facilities Technician – Electical located in Aguascalientes.

Reporting to the Facilities Engineer, Ensure the availability and reliability of the plant's electrical systems by carrying out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities

 

What a typical day looks like:

• Perform maintenance on industrial electrical equipment.
• Diagnose and rectify electrical faults in distribution systems.
• Conduct thermographic inspections and preventive analyses.
• Operate and maintain medium- and low-voltage electrical panels.
• Perform electrical testing on transformers, circuit breakers, and motors.
• Maintain industrial and emergency lighting systems.
• Perform maintenance on load centers and electrical panels.
• Interpret single-line and control diagrams.
• Respond to electrical emergencies at the plant.
• Participate in improvement and energy-saving projects.
• Comply with LOTO and electrical safety procedures.
• Generate technical reports and close out work orders.

 

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Technical degree in Electricity, Electromechanics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
• Experience in the installation and maintenance of electrical panels.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams.
• Proficiency in using multimeters, megohmmeters (meggers), and diagnostic equipment.
• Knowledge of low-voltage distribution systems.
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
