The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior Solution Consultant to join the Omnissa ANZ team. This role will partner closely with enterprise account teams to drive technical strategy, solution design, and customer outcomes across some of the region's largest and most strategic organisations, with a particular focus on Financial Services alongside broader enterprise customers.
As a trusted technical advisor, you will engage with CIOs, CISOs, Digital Workplace leaders, Infrastructure teams, and Enterprise Architects to help customers modernise, secure, and optimise their digital employee experience.
What you’ll do
- Act as the technical lead for strategic enterprise opportunities across ANZ.
- Build relationships, evangelizing Omnissa solutions, and provide domain expertise to assist in closing business
- Deliver customer discovery workshops and identify business and technical challenges.
- Design and present solutions across Digital Workspace, Endpoint Management, Virtual Desktops, Digital Employee Experience, and Zero Trust Security.
- Develop business cases and articulate business value and outcomes to both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Lead technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, RFP/RFI responses and architectural discussions.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Partners, and Product teams to drive customer success and growth opportunities.
- Develop industry-specific points of view and solution strategies, particularly within Financial Services and other highly regulated industries.
What you’ll bring
- A minimum 10+ years of Technical pre-sales and/or consulting experience or equivalent industry experience
- Consultative discovery and value-selling capability to identify strategic transformation opportunities rather than tactical refresh projects.
- Strong presentation skills as well as the ability to build and present high-quality product demonstrations to both technical and executive audiences
- Strong security and compliance knowledge, particularly around Zero Trust and APRA requirements.
- Familiarity with IRAP, Essential Eight, and government security frameworks.
- Strong listening, reasoning and objection handling skills
- You are effective in working both independently and in a team setting
- You are a self-starter, have strong interpersonal skills along with excellent time management
- Strong background in Desktop Virtualization: VMware vSphere, Omnissa Horizon, Citrix; Microsoft RDS
- Have proven track record of working with mobile technologies from AirWatch/Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune and or Citrix
