Collins Aerospace is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to work onsite at the Largo Consolidated Manufacturing Center (CMC) in Largo, FL. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a vital role in supporting the technical performance of multiple depot and production programs. You will collaborate across teams, develop manufacturing documentation, and provide production support to ensure program success.

What You Will Do:

• Develop and maintain primary and supplemental manufacturing documentation, processes, and work instructions using digital tools and applications utilized at the CMC.
• Provide production support activities on and off the factory floor for programs ranging from initial factory introduction to sustaining activities.
• Collaborate with design, process engineers, factory operations, and program management teams at Largo and other RTX facilities.
• Support the technical performance of multiple depot and production programs.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing challenges to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant military and industry standards and specifications.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• 1-2 years of hands-on industry experience.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Experience with PTC Windchill Product Data Management (PDM) System.
• Written and oral communication skills, including presentation capabilities.
• Hands-on mechanical aptitude and the ability to work across disciplines.
• Experience in manufacturing process and procedure development and maintenance.
• Familiarity with related military and industry standards and specifications.
• Organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency with CAD solid modeling tools.

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
