Why Join

We are looking for an analytical, highly motivated and driven analyst to join the Collections Analytics & Strategy team. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on automation and process improvement, supported by analytics and credit risk strategy.

What You Do

  • Identify manual and repetitive work, and automate it using Python, Power Automate or relevant tools.
  • Drive process improvement and re-engineering to improve turnaround time, accuracy and controls.
  • Support strategy design and reviews, including segmentation, treatment rules and champion-challenger tests.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis on delinquency and portfolio trends and track risk score and model performance.
  • Build and maintain analytics scripts in Python, with proper documentation and version control.
  • Take part in UAT and system enhancement projects, and work with business and IT to close issues.
  • Prepare and maintain regular reports and datasets for portfolio, productivity and capacity monitoring.
  • Support regulatory reporting, data quality checks and audit requests.

Who You Are

  • Degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, IT or a related field.
  • Experience in analytics, credit risk or collections in banking is preferred.
  • Highly motivated, driven and resilient under tight deadlines.
  • Keen on process improvement and automation, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical: Python, SQL, Power Automate or RPA, Excel
  • Credit risk: delinquency, roll rates, risk scoring, segmentation and testing is preferred.
  • Clear communicator and good team player is preferred
