- Apoyar en el buen desarrollo de sistema de Gestión de Inocuidad de Alimentos, buenas prácticas de manufactura y HACCP
- Apoyo en la Implementación y certificación de los sistemas de calidad
- Verificación de los registros de toma de temperaturas en cada una de las etapas del proceso de producción (recibo de materia prima, almacenamiento, elaboración, montaje y despacho)
- Revisión y archivo de los formatos del sistema de inocuidad.
