Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and engineering comprehensive features that span from the user interface to backend systems. The role requires actively engaging in the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Working within a cloud-first and agile environment, the engineer collaborates across teams to address complex business challenges, ensuring seamless integration and functionality throughout the entire system lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SRE Observability.
- Strong knowledge of system monitoring, alerting, and incident response practices.
- Experience with cloud-native technologies and infrastructure automation.
- Ability to analyze and optimize system performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex distributed systems and identifying root causes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SRE Observability.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
