In 2015, we pioneered a “moneyball for biotech” approach, pooling projects and promising early-stage research from academia together under one financial umbrella to reduce risk and unleash innovation. This model allows science and small teams of experts to lead the way. We build bridges to groundbreaking advancements in rare disease, and develop life-changing medicines for patients with unmet needs as fast as humanly possible.

Together we define white space, push boundaries, and empower people to solve problems. If you're someone who defies convention, join us and work alongside some of the most respected minds in the industry. Together, we'll ask "why not?" and help reengineer the future of biopharma. At BridgeBio, we value curiosity and experimentation—including the ethical & thoughtful use of AI to improve clarity, speed, and quality of work.

What You’ll Do

You will report to the Senior Director Commercial Excellence, International and work closely with country General Managers, International commercial functional leads, IT, and Medical Affairs to drive strategic initiatives that support BridgeBio’s mission of delivering transformative medicines to patients with genetic diseases and genetically driven cancers. This newly created role sits where International’s commercial strategy turns into field execution. Your primary purpose will be to build and own Sales Force Effectiveness, the International CRM platform, and key account management from the ground up, with a focus on launch readiness and flawless field execution across International markets. This role requires effective collaboration with cross-functional colleagues and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality execution and impact. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in sales force effectiveness, CRM, and commercial operations with strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead segmentation and targeting, sales force sizing and territory design as the International footprint grows, embedding data-driven insights into resource allocation, and build the Sales Force Effectiveness performance framework, including KPIs, dashboards, and regular reporting
  • Design, implement, and administer sales incentive plans in close partnership with Finance, HR, Legal, and Compliance
  • Lead the International CRM build and implementation, partnering with IT to deploy a lean, harmonized, fit-for-purpose Veeva Vault solution across markets, and own CRM operations, data stewardship, and adoption through training and change management
  • Design AI-enabled field execution support, including next best action insights and recommendations
  • Develop and implement the strategic account planning model and build key account management capability in the field, partnering with Medical Affairs and Market Access to expand access at account level
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to country General Managers and International functional leads on SFE, CRM, and account management, and support omnichannel customer engagement in partnership with the Customer Engagement Lead
  • Support countries building up for launch with SFE, CRM, and field deployment readiness, ensure compliance with regional and local regulations, and build the International Sales Force Effectiveness function from the ground up

Where You’ll Work

This is an office-based role in our Zug, Switzerland office, requiring in-office collaboration 2-3x per week, with additional travel of up to 20% across International markets to support country teams and launch readiness

Who You Are

  • BA or BS in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree/certification preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry, including sales force effectiveness, sales operations, or commercial excellence, and experience directly supporting one or more product launches (specialty or rare disease strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated track record of designing and deploying sales force effectiveness frameworks across multiple markets, experience leading a CRM implementation or major platform roll-out, and experience designing and administering incentive compensation plans
  • Strong analytical and data skills, including advanced Excel and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau, and the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders, including country General Managers, without direct authority
  • Prior exposure to multiple geographies strongly preferred, with deep expertise in at least one region required
