Responsibilities:

Market Segment Strategy Implementation:
Implement the market segment strategy within the assigned region or business unit, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Customer Relationship Management:
Manage relationships with key customers in the region, ensuring their needs are met and driving customer satisfaction.
Product Sales & Portfolio Management:
Drive the sales of products in the market segment, managing the product portfolio to meet customer demand.
Sales Support:
Provide support to the sales team, helping them achieve sales targets and ensuring product knowledge is up to date.
Market Research & Insights:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing insights to inform business decisions.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on market segment performance.
Customer Feedback Management:
Collect customer feedback and relay it to internal teams to drive improvements in products and services.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with production, R&D, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between market needs and product development.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement within the market segment, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks related to market segment performance and implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in market segment management, sales, or related roles.
Understanding of market segment dynamics and product portfolio management.
Strong skills in customer relationship management and sales support.
