Responsibilities
- Performs minor electrical maintenance.
- Performs minor plumbing maintenance.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and be able to perform HVAC filter changes.
- Performs general construction such as painting, carpentry in connection with smaller tenant improvement projects, or general maintenance of property.
- Performs janitorial maintenance which may include cleaning rooms, common hallways, common restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, parking lots and other work areas, as well as trash removal throughout the property.
- Performs grounds work / landscaping.
- Snow removal.
- Assist with third party vendor access and coordination.
- May be required to respond to emergency maintenance situations.
- May be required to be on call after-hours for emergency or snow removal efforts.
- Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
- Follows all safety and OSHA related policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be customer service oriented.
- Must be able to work as part of a team and have a “can-do” attitude.
- Ability to meet or exceed the company’s attendance and punctuality standards.
- Ability to use common tools.
- Ability to understand and follow directions as given.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, use sound judgement and effectively management time and job responsibilities
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- VALID DRIVERS LICENSE REQUIRED.
- Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM.
