ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

- Process loan proceeds according to the funding instructions and make the appropriate general ledger account entries for fees collected
- Boards new loans, renewals, and process modifications onto the bank’s core banking platform
- Audits system maintenance journals to ensure data accuracy
- Prepares daily, monthly, and quarterly loan reconciliations across multiple general ledgers
- Coordinates the timely and proper posting to the loan account
- Creates interest calculations as necessary and reconciles against the bank’s core system
- Maintains accurate and complete records of original loan documentation
- Delivers accurate and timely loan payoff requests
- Prepares loan portfolio reports used in various management meetings
- Assists lending personnel with customer requests relating to loan history activity
- Other duties as assigned
SKILLS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple on-going assignments
- Possess very strong technical/computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE
- High School Diploma or GED required
