• Coordinate with cross department in IT Division and business users in creating project planning and preparation, detailed project plans, work assignments, vendor selections and other aspects of assigned projects.
• Responsible for requirements management plan, business process models, business requirements (functional and non-functional) and prioritization of requirements.
• Responsible in area of PMO (Project Management Office) to manage portfolio of IT Divisions in multiple programs and projects in aspects of scope, timeline, budget, risk, communication, quality, and other aspects of project management.
• Develop clear requirements for enhancements or projects by conducting interviews with management, department leaders, and related parties.
• Formulates and defines scope and objectives for assigned projects.
• Ensure business requirements are accurately communicated to respective internal development team or external vendor.
• Reviews, evaluates, and develops strategy for application and project evaluation to measure the actual benefit of IT Applications.
• Functions as the liaison between the business users, partners, and the technical team throughout the project cycle.
• Management Support Activities:
o Provide Report to direct Supervisor.
o Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibility (especially related to time concern, effort and cost).
o Perform activities related to Quality Management System.
o Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
Education Requirement: • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Studies
Work Exposure/ Experience: • Minimum 4 years working experience in IT Planning/ Business Analyst/ System Analyst/Project Manager
Specialist requirement:
• Obtain min. National (local) or International (non-local) certification listed on the list of
Certification for IT Specialist
• Validity of required certifications should refer to the list of Certification for IT Specialist
Special Skills/ Certification:
• Excellent System development lifecycle phases (i.e., project planning, system analysis,
system design, implementation, integration and testing, acceptance, installation and
deployment, and maintenance)
• Strong project management and planning skills.
• Management tools and techniques for quality assurance.
• Knowledge of current technology trends and innovations.
