Centuries of wonder fill our walls, letting you trace the history of the city from the Baroque era to the neoclassical to modern day. Four Seasons Hotel Prague has a unique location, consists of three historical buildings connected to a new construction, has 157 rooms including 19 suites.

About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Assistant Manager, you will be part of the Food & Beverage leadership team, helping to drive operational excellence, financial performance, and exceptional guest experiences. You will support the management of daily operations, lead and develop team members, and ensure that service, quality, and efficiency standards are consistently achieved. This role is ideal for a passionate hospitality professional who combines strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach and a commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences.

What You Will Do

• Support the daily management and leadership of Food & Beverage operations
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to deliver exceptional service and achieve departmental goals
• Foster a positive, engaging, and high-performing team culture
• Ensure consistent service standards and operational procedures are followed at all times
• Anticipate operational needs and ensure the availability of all necessary materials, supplies, and equipment
• Monitor quality standards and guest satisfaction, taking proactive steps to continuously improve the guest experience
• Handle guest feedback, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and care
• Control and monitor labor costs, operating expenses, and resource utilization
• Support budgeting, forecasting, payroll preparation, and financial analysis activities
• Analyze operational and financial performance and recommend improvement strategies
• Work closely with culinary and operational teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution
• Conduct performance reviews, provide regular feedback, and support employee development plans
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company standards
• Monitor the condition of facilities and equipment and coordinate improvements when needed

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years of management or leadership experience within Food & Beverage or luxury hospitality
• Strong operational knowledge and leadership capabilities
• Hands-on approach with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Strong business acumen and financial awareness
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to maintaining high standards and continuous improvement
• Fluent English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage

• Full-time position.
• Expected schedule includes mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekend shifts.
