We are seeking an ambitious, evidence-based Physical Therapist to join our team in Round Rock not just as a clinician, but as a true Business Partner with equity ownership.

If you are passionate about integrated, whole-person rehabilitation and want a direct stake in the growth, strategy, and financial success of a multidisciplinary practice, this opportunity was built for you. You will work alongside chiropractors, nutritionists, mental health therapists, and holistic providers to build comprehensive, cross-specialty treatment plans that treat the whole patient—movement, physical recovery, metabolic health, and overall lifestyle.

What You Bring to the Table

• Clinical Excellence: Expertise in evidence-based orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation, manual therapy, and movement optimization that integrates seamlessly with chiropractic care, pain management, and metabolic/nutritional health.

• Integrative Mindset: A desire to collaborate daily with nutritionists, mental health clinicians, and chiropractors to shape unified, patient-centered care plans.

• Ownership Mentality: A drive to help build, scale, and shape the clinical vision and operations of a mission-oriented healthcare practice.

Expected Caseload & Time Commitment

• Active Clinical Hours: Target capacity of 20–25 direct patient care hours per week to ensure one-on-one, high-quality care without clinician burnout.

• Practice Building & Collaboration: Dedicated hours reserved each week for interprofessional case rounds, cross-referral strategy, and executive management as a practice partner.

• Growth Pace: Onboarding capacity for 4–6 new patient evaluations per week as we scale the physical therapy branch of the clinic.
