The JOB:

We are searching for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our Food & Beverage team and help provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests. We are excited to add a hands-on, energetic, and service-oriented leader who is passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities include:

• Supports the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent service.
• Works closely with culinary leadership and the Food & Beverage management team to maintain service and quality standards.
• Provides hands-on leadership during service, including assisting the team and addressing operational needs as they arise.
• Ensures excellent guest service and promptly addresses guest questions, concerns, or special requests.
• Meets and greets guests while maintaining a welcoming and positive dining atmosphere.
• Assists with scheduling and staffing to ensure appropriate coverage based on business levels.
• Trains, coaches, and supports team members to ensure service standards and expectations are consistently met.
• Monitors team member performance and provides ongoing feedback and direction.
• Assists with ordering, inventory, and maintaining appropriate product and supply levels.
• Ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and Resort policies and procedures.
• Helps maintain a clean, organized, and professional restaurant environment.
• Supports cost-control initiatives and assists leadership with monitoring labor and operational expenses.
• Promotes teamwork, positive communication, and a professional work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the Food & Beverage operation.

Requirements

• at least 2-4 years restaurant management experience in a high-volume hotel restaurant. Must have exceptional interpersonal skills to provide our guest with an exceptional experience.
• have experience in a similar size hotel: (40+ rooms). We look for candidates with full-service hotel experience, preferable in an upscale independent hotel.
• have a keen sense for hiring, training and coaching great people so they can provide top notch service to our guests.
• are dependable, organized and have a positive, can-do mindset. When things don't go as planned, your team can count on you!
