*This is an on-site position working a hybrid schedule (minimum 3 days in office each week) at the Texas Roadhouse Support Center located in Louisville, Kentucky.
Your Recipe for Success
We're looking for someone who brings:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, recruiting coordination, administrative support, or a related field preferred
Experience working with applicant tracking systems, HR systems, or recruiting technology
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A customer service mindset with a passion for supporting candidates, hiring leaders, and team members
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes
Positive attitude, strong follow-through, and a team-first approach
What's On Your Plate
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll help keep our recruiting engine running smoothly by:
Coordinating interviews, meetings, and candidate touchpoints throughout the hiring process
Communicating with candidates and hiring leaders to provide timely updates and support
Assisting recruiters with job postings, requisition updates, candidate movement, and hiring documentation
Maintaining accurate candidate and requisition data within recruiting systems
Monitoring recruiting workflows and ensuring timely follow-up on hiring activities
Supporting reporting, tracking, and Talent Acquisition metrics
Assisting with system updates, audits, testing, and data cleanup projects
Creating and maintaining recruiting resources, templates, job aids, and process documentation
Supporting candidate experience initiatives and responding to Talent Acquisition inquiries
Partnering with internal teams on background checks, onboarding, compliance, and other hiring-related processes
Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, communication, and consistency across recruiting processes
Supporting special projects and initiatives within the Talent Acquisition team
Representing Texas Roadhouse culture and core values in every interaction
