We are looking for you as Sr. Factory Repair Representative (f/m/d) at our Estenfeld (near Würzburg) site to strengthen our international Clario team!
Be a part of driving clinical trials faster with your daily performance. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers (pharma companies) can be confident that our test devices for our eCoa (digital patient diary), Respiratory (lung function devices) and Cardiac (blood pressure devices) business lines are sent out in time to arrive at medical sites (test centres and hospitals) worldwide. Make a difference by performing all operational tasks within the Warehouse, Receiving and Shipping area.

What You'll Be Doing
Timely and efficient repair of devices sent in by customers
Inspection of the devices according to the final test documentation during the repair process
Documenting repairs within ERP Systems
Bookings within ERP Systems and organized Repair Stock handling
Being responsible for production quality
Troubleshooting of incoming device repairs
Being part Material Review Board Meetings on regular basis
Working under defined conditions and described procedures (SOPs)
Making the necessary adjustments/settings to repair a product within its specifications, incl. battery replacements
Keeping the working environment clean and structured
What We Look For
Experience with mechanical and electrical components and methods.
Experience with assembly tools, measuring devices and other related instruments
Experience with ERP systems
Fluent proficiency in English
Experience in a fast-paced environment; with an ability to work independently, and cross-functionally as needed
Must be dependable with strong follow through and minimal direction
Basic MS-Office knowledge
