JLL's Logistics & Industrial team in Melbourne is receiving expressions of interest from talented Analysts and Senior Analysts to support our market-leading advisory practice while building the skills and experience for a successful agency career.

About the Opportunity.

Join a high-performing team where you'll provide critical analytical support to our Industrial Directors, driving effectiveness and financial performance across major transactions and client mandates. What You'll Do.

Analyst Level:

• Manage internal databases and CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency

• Collect, track and analyse sale and lease activity across Victoria's industrial markets

• Produce detailed property reports, market analysis and digital presentations

• Support campaign preparation including pitch documents, information memorandums and marketing materials

• Leverage AI-powered tools to automate data processes and enhance stakeholder engagement

• Create compelling advertising content and coordinate property marketing initiatives

Senior Analyst Level:

• Lead database development and create sophisticated data visualisation tools

• Conduct financial modelling including cashflows and development feasibilities

• Champion AI adoption to transform data into actionable intelligence and identify market opportunities

• Produce comprehensive market reports and trend analysis at sub-market and state level

• Mentor team members on effective use of emerging technologies

• Drive innovation in client deliverables through advanced analytics

What We're Looking For.

Analyst:

• Graduate degree in Property or related field

• Strong interest in commercial property, particularly industrial markets

• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Ability to create graphics and visual aids from data

• Familiarity with AI-assisted productivity tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude)

• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail

• Forward-thinking approach with ability to work autonomously

Senior Analyst:

• All of the above, plus:

• Minimum 3+ years in an applicable property or analytical role

• Proven experience in financial modelling and market analysis

• Demonstrated application of AI or advanced analytics in property research

• Track record of innovation in leveraging technology for enhanced productivity

• Highly developed planning and time management skills

• Ability to mentor and lead others in technology adoption
