Commission Analyst

We're expanding our Commissions team and looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Commission Analyst to join us.
You'll step into a hands-on role at the heart of our commission engine, working alongside experienced analysts to keep data accurate, calculations on time, and payouts right.

What you’ll do

• Team up with our current analysts on commission calculations and payouts
• Keeping accuracy and policy compliance front and center
• Sync source data, generate reports, and process account/contract changes
• Implement approved compensation adjustments and exceptions with precision
• QA calculations and give payroll files a final check before sign-off
• Get ahead of each cycle close by preparing and validating data, partnering with RevOps on completeness checks

What you have

• 3+ years of experience in commission processing, finance operations, revenue operations
• Prior exposure to sales compensation or incentive plan administration
• Strong Excel skills and a comfort level with large, detailed datasets
• Sharp attention to detail and ownership over a recurring, deadline-driven process
• A service-oriented mindset, with experience supporting internal or external stakeholders
• Organized and prioritize when month-end and quarter-end volume ramps up
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-team conversations
• Strong interest in AI tools and data automation

Bonus Points

• Understanding of SaaS models and ARR mechanics
• Experience with Jira or a similar ticketing systems
• Salesforce or other CRM proficiency
• Python knowledge
• Being introduced by an AppsFlyer team member
