Communications Project Manager

We are now looking for a Communications Project Manager to join our product marketing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning technical input into engaging content across social media and marketing assets. You would be comfortable working in a technical environment and be curious about technology.

This role is split roughly 50/50 between social media content creation and broader marketing asset production, supporting product launches, campaigns, product updates, and events.

One part of the role focuses on planning, creating, and publishing social media content, primarily for LinkedIn and YouTube. The other part focuses on developing and coordinating marketing materials such as brochures, web content, launch assets, sales enablement materials, event content, banners, and other promotional tools.

You will work closely with product management and sales colleagues while creating and coordinating content.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish social media content  on Flygt´s LinkedIn and YouTube channels.
• Develop and maintain a social media content calendar that highlights our technologies’ value and aligns with business priorities,  key launches andcampaigns.
• Create and deliver content packages for internal key stakeholders, building on the content published on our global accounts and expanding into other relevant, related topics.
• Monitor social media performance and audience engagement, using insights to optimize content, improve posting strategies, and identify new opportunities.
• Lead or support the production of marketing assets for product launches, campaigns, product updates, and events, including brochures, web content, banners, films, animations, printed materials, and sales enablement content.
• Work closely with the product management team to translate technical and product-related information into compelling marketing materials.
• Provide sales and marketing colleagues with the content and graphical resources they need for their own activities including support for translations and localization across markets.
• Use Xylem’s AI-supported tools to create, adapt, and scale content efficiently.

Who you are

You are a content-driven marketer with a curious mindset and a strong interest in turning complex or technical information into clear and attractive communications. You enjoy reading, understanding, and absorbing information, then transforming it into effective content and assets.

You are creative, but not only from a visual perspective. You are also structured, resourceful, and able to think about messaging, audience, timing, and execution. You are comfortable managing smaller projects, working with different stakeholders, and balancing multiple tasks at once.

You may already have experience with product marketing, campaign support, content production, or communications in a technical or industrial setting.

What we are looking for

We believe you bring a few years of experience in marketing, communications, or content production, with exposure to social media as part of a broader marketing role. You have experience creating content yourself, not only briefing agencies, and you are comfortable working in a practical, hands-on way.

You likely have experience with:

• Social media content creation and publishing, especially LinkedIn and ideally YouTube.
• Marketing asset production such as brochures, website content, campaign materials, or launch content.
• Tools such as Canva and other creative/layout software.
• Using AI tools to support content creation, editing, and production.
• Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders such as product managers, marketers, and sales teams.

It would be beneficial if you also have a basic understanding of video editing and production workflows. You do not need to be a video specialist, but you should be comfortable shaping ideas into effective video content using different tools, including AI-supported solutions.
