Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Fresh Civil Engineer to join our team! In this role, you will support engineering and design activities while developing your technical skills through hands-on project experience and guidance from senior engineers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform basic civil engineering calculations, analyses, and design assignments.
• Assist in preparing quantity takeoffs, estimates, surveys, and engineering documentation.
• Support the preparation of specifications, data sheets, material requisitions, and construction documents.
• Assist senior engineers in reviewing drawings, technical submittals, and technical bid analyses.
• Coordinate with CAD Designers/Drafters and other engineering disciplines.
• Support project activities related to design, procurement, project controls, and construction.
• Perform other engineering duties as required by the project.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of civil engineering principles, methods, and practices.
• Familiarity with CAD and standard engineering software.
• Ability to perform basic engineering calculations and prepare technical documentation.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Exposure to civil engineering design and construction projects.
• Familiarity with engineering drawings, specifications, and quantity takeoffs.
