Room Attendant
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
- Ensure all linens, towels, and amenities are stocked and properly organized
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
- Follow safety and sanitation policies to ensure a hygienic environment
- Assist guests with special requests and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, elevators, and lobbies as needed
- Complete cleaning checklists and documentation accurately and efficiently
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or cleaning services preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning duties
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
