The Sales Operations Semi-Senior Analyst provides operational and analytical support to sales teams and business leadership throughout the sales cycle. This role contributes to opportunity management, business reporting, commercial operations, and sales process execution, helping ensure accurate data, effective collaboration, and compliance with internal requirements.
 

Working closely with global sales, finance, and other cross-functional teams around the world, the analyst supports pipeline visibility, new business activities, revenue tracking, and operational reporting while contributing to process improvements and overall business performance.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Support opportunity pipeline management activities, including opportunity tracking, sales reporting, forecasting support, and maintaining data accuracy across sales systems.

• Coordinate operational activities related to new business opportunities, reselling initiatives, and commercial processes, partnering with sales teams and key stakeholders.

• Prepare and analyze reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to provide business insights and support leadership decision-making.

• Support invoicing, payment follow-up, revenue tracking, and basic financial reconciliation activities related to sales operations.

• Provide guidance and operational support on internal sales tools, processes, and governance requirements while ensuring compliance with established procedures.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, reporting quality, and sales effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1-2 year of commercial operations

• Undergraduate degree completed or in progress

• Advanced Oral English fluency (B2-C1+) (Mandatory)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Business Management education desirable
