The position also includes partnering with business units to define detailed product requirements and use cases, ensuring that solutions meet both process and functional needs. Additionally, the role involves participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business needs and facilitate seamless integration of improvements across the organization.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process documentation to ensure clarity and usability.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align objectives and expectations.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Continuously evaluate process effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mining Planning and Scheduling.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and design complex business processes.
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in documenting business requirements and translating them into actionable plans.
- Capability to conduct thorough user and task analysis to capture business needs accurately.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within established timelines.
