Job Description:
The PFS Training Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining training programs for the PFS staff. This role ensures that all team members are proficient in revenue cycle processes, including billing, coding, collections, and compliance. The coordinator will work closely with department managers to identify training needs and create effective training materials.◦ Education ▪ Required:High School Diploma or Equivalent ▪ Preferred: Bachelor Degree ◦ Experience ▪ Preferred: 2 years in related medical office/billing AND 1 year of teaching, training, or related experience. ◦ Skills ▪ Training and Development: Ability to design and deliver effective training programs. ▪ Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ▪ Analytical Skills: Ability to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness. ▪ Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. ▪ Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and management. ▪ Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address training challenges. ◦ Licensure/Certification/Registration ▪ N/A
