About the Role:
Baird Trust Company serves the wealth management needs for high-net-worth individuals and families by providing full investment management, trust administration, and estate settlement services. The Impact You’ll Make:
Gather client data to enhance and broaden Future Fiduciary Appointment database files
Contribute to data integration project in partnership with the Director of Finance and Baird Trust Tech Lead
Support Fiduciary Counsel office and gain exposure to trust and estate governing document reviews and trust planning strategies
Perform special projects and other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring to Baird:
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, business analytics or related degree
Anticipated graduation date of May 2026 or later
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment and manage priorities to meet specific deadlines
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a high attention to detail
