Description
💖 We're engaging experienced, self-directed Brand Advisors for a short-term event project in the Wayne NJ market to represent POV for exclusive brand founders events on September 3rd, 4th, and 11th.
📍 These events will take place at Sephora 320 Garden State, Sephora 1224 American Dream, and Sephora 322 Willowbrook.

What the project involves:
- Driving sales toward ambitious event targets during live in-store events
- Executing event mechanics — GWPs, TOAs, and the specific focus of each activation
- Bringing high energy and expert client engagement that makes the event feel like an experience
- Rallying and activating the store team so the whole floor is behind the event
- Representing premium national brands with polish and professionalism
You're a strong fit if you:
- Have proven prestige beauty/retail selling experience and a track record of hitting aggressive sales goals
- Have run or worked beauty events and know how to create energy on a floor
- Operate independently — you manage your own approach to hitting the number without hand-holding
- Are available for the full set of event dates listed
- Have reliable transportation to the event locations
The details:
- This is an independent contractor (1099) engagement, not employment — you invoice for the project and are responsible for your own taxes.
- Compensation: flat day rate of $200/event day, paid on completion.
- You'll receive an event brief and brand education materials; how you hit your goals on the floor is up to you.
