This role supports daily facility upkeep, client service, animal safety, and event coordination.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
High School diploma required. Other Duties and Responsibilities:
Potential candidate must pass a criminal background check and legal hiring processes. Buchanan County may disqualify an applicant if the position’s responsibilities are substantially related to the applicant’s criminal history.

This role supports daily facility upkeep, client service, animal safety, and event coordination.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Event Support: Help clients with set-up, scheduling, and day-of event needs.
- Facility Upkeep: Maintain barns, stalls, arenas, and grounds. Report on repair needs for buildings and gear.
- Animal Care: Assist with livestock safety, health rules, and proper handling on site.
- Team Help: Train and schedule shift workers and maintenance staff.
- Office Tasks: Use office software to track bookings, answer client calls, and handle records.
High School diploma required. Other Duties and Responsibilities:
- Animal Knowledge: Basic experience with horses, cattle, or farm animals.
- Communication: Friendly and clear talker for guest service and problem solving.
- Physical Ability: Able to lift heavy items, walk large grounds, and work outside in all weather.
- Tech Skills: Know how to use basic computers, email, and booking software.
