Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take food and beverage orders.
• Prepare and serve specialty beverages, meals, and light refreshments.
• Process payments and operate the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas.
• Restock food, beverages, and supplies as needed. 
• Take daily and weekly inventory.
• Follow hotel standards for food safety, sanitation, and guest service.
• Respond to guest questions and requests professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen and hotel staff to ensure timely service.
• Handle guest concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.

 

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, café, or hotel experience preferred.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
• Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
