Job Description:

Product Manager Gastroenterology, 80-100%

 

We are looking for a passionate, hands-on Product Manager to help shape the next chapter of our Inflammatory Bowel Disease portfolio in Switzerland. You will continue to shape the launch of an innovative product in a dynamic and highly competitive market, translate a clear portfolio strategy into impactful commercial execution and lead the operational cross-functional team.

 

Reporting to the Portfolio Lead Gastroenterology, who is responsible for the overall portfolio strategy, you will translate strategic priorities into focused commercial activities and deliver them with excellence. The role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys Product Management, including the operational work required to move projects from idea to implementation.

 

  • Translate the portfolio strategy into a clear commercial tactical plan and drive its implementation
  • Lead the cross-functional development and execution of promotional campaigns, sales material, market insight generation projects with an innovative omnichannel approach
  • Plan and execute commercial events, congresses and regional / national sponsorships
  • Coordinate and collaborate closely across Sales, Medical and Marketing, ensuring ownership, momentum and timely delivery
  • Gather customer, market and competitor insights, monitor performance and contribute to business reviews and the cross-functional strategic team
  • Contributes to the EMEA Functional Marketing Networks, representing local interest and providing local insights
  • Build your capabilities in forecasting, financial planning and broader portfolio responsibilities
  • Ensures full compliance with J&J Credo and HCBI principles to preserve trust and reputation towards HCP and patients using the product

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences or equivalent
  • At least three years of relevant pharmaceutical sales or marketing experience
  • Strong business acumen with sense of urgency
