Drilling & Completions Fluids Specialist

The Drilling & Completions Fluids Specialist is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to Customers. The Drilling & Completions Fluids Specialist identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery.

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Responsible for service delivery execution.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
• Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
• Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
• Maintain the required safety training.

• Associate’s degree in Engineering discipline or Bachelor's in non-Engineering discipline
• 2+ years’ experience working as a field specialist in drilling and completions
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Must be able to work with the team in developing improved work processes for the department
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Good problem-solving abilities, proactive, fast learner, good organizational and time management skills, positive attitude
