Summary of Description:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen ReCon's brand, promote the Company's services, and increase visibility within the industries and communities ReCon serves. This position develops and distributes marketing content and collateral, manages digital and social media activities, supports advertising and promotional campaigns, coordinates marketing participation at industry and community events, and works closely with Business Development and Company leadership to ensure consistent and effective brand messaging across platforms.
Duties:
Marketing & Brand Management
- Coordinates and executes marketing initiatives that support ReCon's overall business objectives, services, and brand.
- Collaborates with Company leadership, Business Development, internal stakeholders, and external marketing vendors to develop consistent branding, messaging, and campaigns.
- Maintains and manages the Company's marketing calendar, including social media, digital content, advertising, campaigns, and external events.
- Helps maintain consistent use of ReCon's brand standards across marketing materials, digital platforms, presentations, advertisements, and other communications.
- Identifies and recommends improvements to existing marketing programs and new opportunities to increase brand awareness and market visibility.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Develops, schedules, and manages content for the Company's social media platforms.
- Identifies appropriate social media platforms and web-based tools to promote ReCon's services, capabilities, projects, and brand.
- Coordinates digital marketing campaigns and assists with maintaining current and relevant website content.
- Monitors social media, website, and digital campaign performance and recommends adjustments based on results.
- Researches emerging marketing trends, technologies, platforms, and strategies that may benefit the Company.
Content & Marketing Materials
- Creates, coordinates, and distributes marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, presentations, newsletters, digital content, promotional materials, branded collateral, and other Company communications.
- Works independently and with external vendors to develop marketing materials that effectively communicate ReCon's services, capabilities, culture, and value proposition.
- Develops written and visual content for use across digital, print, social media, and other marketing channels.
- Reviews marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, quality, and adherence to Company branding.
- Coordinates photography, graphics, and other visual content needed to support Company marketing initiatives.
Business Development & External Engagement
- Supports Business Development initiatives through coordinated branding, marketing materials, presentations, event presence, and external communications.
- Assists in developing materials and messaging that support client visibility, relationship building, market awareness, and promotion of ReCon's services.
- Coordinates ReCon's marketing presence at trade shows, conferences, industry events, community events, and other external opportunities.
- Coordinates promotional materials, displays, signage, advertisements, and other marketing needs associated with external events.
- Partners with Business Development to ensure consistent representation of ReCon's services, capabilities, culture, and value proposition.
Marketing Analytics & Administration
- Reviews the progress and effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommends adjustments or new initiatives as appropriate.
- Collects and compiles marketing data and prepares reports in an easily understood format for Company management and leadership.
- Conducts market, competitor, industry, and audience research to help identify marketing opportunities.
- Coordinates relationships and projects with marketing, printing, advertising, promotional product, website, and other vendors.
- Assists with tracking marketing expenditures and ensuring marketing activities remain within approved budgets.
- Maintains organized electronic files of marketing materials, graphics, photographs, advertisements, and other brand assets.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field preferred, with at least two (2) years of related marketing, communications, advertising, business development, or related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the position.
License Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License as per State law or requirement.
Specific Skills:
- Thorough understanding of general marketing, digital marketing, branding, and communication strategies.
- Strong working knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns.
- Ability to create professional written and visual marketing content.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Familiarity with graphic design, content creation, website management, and email marketing tools preferred.
- Ability to conduct research and interpret marketing, social media, and web analytics.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with superior attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with Company leadership, employees, vendors, clients, and external organizations.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to reach, stand, walk, finger, grasp, feel, talk, hear, see, and perform repetitive motions.
- Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
- Ability to occasionally attend external meetings, trade shows, conferences, community events, and other Company marketing activities.
