Position Summary: Under the general direction of the Director of Anti-Human Trafficking Services, the activities coordinator supports the overall well-being and engagement of clients by creating opportunities for connection, learning, recreation, and personal growth. This position contributes to a positive, supportive program environment and works alongside program staff to enhance client services and strengthen access to community resources.

Qualifications Required:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Culturally sensitive to the social, psychological, and healthcare needs of the vulnerable populations served
Qualification Preferred:
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
• Experience working in healthcare, social services, nonprofit, or customer service setting.
Primary Responsibilities:
The Activities Coordinator is responsible for creating and facilitating meaningful, engaging, and supportive activities that promote client well-being, social connection, personal growth, and community involvement. The position will coordinate a variety of recreational, educational, wellness, and community-based activities, including arts and crafts, physical activities, workshops, and field trips, while ensuring activities are inclusive and responsive to client interests and needs.
In addition to coordinating activities, the Activities Coordinator will provide general support to program staff through resource coordination, client engagement, and assistance with hotline calls and other program-related needs. This position works collaboratively with staff and community partners to help connect clients with appropriate resources and services and contributes to creating a welcoming, supportive, and client-centered environment.
