Key Responsibilities

• Vendor Management:
  • Oversee the vendor to ensure SLA/KPI compliance across all lounge and pantry facilities.
  • Monitor vendor staffing levels against contractual agreements.
  • Lead monthly vendor meetings and manage service improvement plans.

• Appliance & Equipment Management:
  • Maintain functional reliability of all appliances (coffee machines, ice makers, refrigerators, dishwashers).
  • Enforce hygiene standards and perform quality audits on equipment and tableware cleaning routines.
  • Coordinate rapid-response repair services with vendor technicians and the JLL FM Hard Services team.
  • Establish preventive maintenance and lifecycle strategies for pantry equipment.

• HSE & Quality Assurance:
  • Audit food safety, expiration tracking, and sanitization processes.
  • Ensure operations comply with local food safety regulations and client (Salesforce) safety standards.

• Financial & Cost Management:
  • Validate and approve vendor procurement requests and billing statements.
  • Track expenses and generate financial reports for equipment upkeep and refreshment supplies.

• Event Support & Client Engagement:
  • Plan and execute F&B setup for client events and major meetings.
  • Maintain strong relationships with the client’s Facilities team to drive continuous service improvements.
