The Senior Regional Data Analyst acts as a trusted analytics partner, translating business needs into actionable data insights, ensuring data consistency, and supporting the continuous improvement of data infrastructure and reporting across the company.

The role:

• Safeguards the integrity, consistency, and quality of company data in all analytics operations.
• Ensures alignment of data management practices with company strategy, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Implements and monitors data consolidation, storage, and reporting frameworks.
• Promotes a culture of data-driven decision-making, transparency, and continuous improvement through cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Consolidation & Quality Management

• Consolidate source data from company information systems and external data providers.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and timely updates of all business data.
• Oversee the functioning and accessibility of the corporate data warehouse for users and other information systems.

2. Analytics Infrastructure & Reporting

• Collaborate with the IT department to build and maintain a robust data infrastructure.
• Prepare and deliver regular and ad hoc analytical reports for management and business units.
• Monitor and control the quality and consistency of data used in business analytics.

3. Business Partnership & Advisory

• Advise internal clients (departments, managers) on data analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Support business units in interpreting analytical results and integrating insights into business processes.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance business effectiveness.

4. Compliance & Best Practices

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all data-related activities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, company strategy, and internal regulations.
• Adhere to all occupational safety, health, and environmental protection requirements.

5. Additional Duties

• Execute special assignments and tasks from the direct supervisor and company management within the scope of professional responsibilities.
• Work with employees of related departments as needed to achieve objectives.
• Ensure personal compliance with all company policies, procedures, and instructions.
