Compensation
Responsible for the safe operation of a forklift operator to include:
- Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using forklifts.
- Verify load accuracy; check the load count, stability, and product damage, report variances as necessary.
- Six months forklift operation experience.
- Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment.
- Using a calculator for basic math to calculate daily production
- Ability to work mandatory overtime as required.
- Must have reliable transportation and outstanding attendance.
- Ability & willingness to work safely & wear PPE as required.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations, and safety rules.
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled work environment in a manufacturing plant.
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Work with a positive, can do attitude and the ability to report to work on time every day.
- Perform general housekeeping duties in an effort to support safety and quality standards
