We're currently recruiting full time, permanent branch staff across our south-east Melbourne branch network, including:
- Hallam (3803)
- Narre Warren (3805)
- Berwick (3806)
- Cranbourne (3977)

About the role
As a branch staff, you'll help plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for residential, commercial and renovation projects. You’ll work a set roster across Monday-Friday (and occasional Saturdays), between 7am – 5pm.
Depending on business needs and your skills, you may work as a:
- Trade Counter Assistant/Retail Assistant
- Delivery Driver
- Combination of both
No plumbing experience? No Problem.
We believe skills can be taught. Whether you're new to the industry or looking for a career change, we’ll set you up for success with:

Your day-to-day
A typical day may involve:
- Providing customer service and information about products
- Providing quotes both in person and over the phone
- Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
- Help keep the branch tidy and safe
- Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle

We'd love to hear from you if you:
- Have experience in retail, customer service, warehouse operations, delivery driving, or a similar role
- Enjoy helping customers and building relationships
- Are comfortable working in both customer-facing and warehouse environments
- Can accurately pick orders and manage stock
- Are confident learning new systems and technology
- Hold a current, valid driver's licence
- Are flexible and open to working across different tasks and branch locations within the local area
- Are motivated to develop a long-term career with Reece
