Mon- Fri / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM / First Shift

EMBRACE Administrative Assistant Description:
Support management and/or applicable department(s) by providing clerical and general office support, logistical coordination, and assistance with fiscal/data management.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of one year clerical/general office experience required.
High school education or equivalent required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word and Excel required.
Ability to problem solve required.
Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills required.
Ability to multi-task required.
Demonstrated organizational skills required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a healthcare environment preferred.
Post-secondary education preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Outlook preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
Demonstrated customer service skills preferred.
Ability to type 35 wpm with 90% accuracy preferred.
