You will be responsible for supporting key annual compensation processes, maintaining data accuracy within Workday, providing insightful reporting and analytics, and ensuring a high level of service delivery to stakeholders worldwide.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain global exposure while working on complex compensation programs, incentive plans, salary reviews, and benefits administration. You will collaborate with colleagues across regions, contribute to process improvements, and help drive operational excellence within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
As part of a high-performing HR Services organization, you will leverage analytical thinking, digital tools, and process expertise to enhance employee experience, ensure compliance, and support strategic business objectives. If you are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and passionate about compensation and benefits, this role provides an exciting platform for professional growth and impact.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Support the execution of global compensation processes, including Annual Salary Reviews (ASR), Short-Term Incentive (STI) programs, Long-Term Incentive (LTI) programs, scorecards, and other compensation initiatives, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Administer compensation programs across multiple countries and regulatory environments while maintaining compliance with company policies and local requirements.
- Maintain, validate, and monitor compensation-related employee data in Workday, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across HR systems.
- Generate standard and ad hoc compensation reports, analytics, and insights to support global and regional stakeholders in decision-making.
- Coordinate and support regional and global employee benefits programs, including vendor management and service delivery activities.
- Manage end-to-end compensation transactions, including data validation, calculations, approvals, and payout readiness through established workflows and systems such as ServiceNow.
- Ensure delivery of compensation services in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), maintaining high standards of quality, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) to ensure process consistency and compliance.
- Identify process improvement opportunities, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and service excellence.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams while leveraging digital and analytical tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
Your Background
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HR Shared Services, Compensation Operations, or Compensation & Benefits Administration within a global organization.
- Hands-on experience supporting compensation programs, including Annual Salary Reviews (ASR), Short-Term Incentives (STI), Long-Term Incentives (LTI), salary administration, and compensation reporting.
- Experience working with HR systems, preferably Workday, including compensation data management, reporting, and process administration.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of PowerPoint, Power BI, and other digital reporting tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders across different functions and geographies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Experience supporting employee benefits administration and vendor coordination is preferred.
