We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team at Marsh Risk India, a Marsh business. This role will be based in Mumbai This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office

Process Manager – Operations

We will count on you to:

• Responsible for consolidating data governance, enhancing claims reporting with actionable insights for the business (a key ask), developing carrier-level dashboards, and ensuring global reporting.
• Support consolidation of grievance with NPS.

What you need to have:

• MBA
• 2–6 years in employee benefits/group insurance ops (TPA/claims/endorsements); HNI/corporate client exposure preferred
• Strong English communication; MS Excel/PowerPoint; high ownership and stakeholder management
