ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join Cricket Australia in a permanent, full time role. You will partner with Executives and Senior Leaders to provide practical, commercial and people focused advice across employee relations, performance, change and workforce planning.
Reporting to the Head of People, Culture and Inclusion, key responsibilities will include:
Partner with Executives and Senior Leaders to understand business priorities and provide practical people advice that supports performance, engagement and effective workforce outcomes.
Provide trusted guidance on employee relations, performance, conduct and workplace matters, balancing commercial outcomes with care and sound judgement.
Support leaders through organisational change, helping to shape clear communication, effective consultation and smooth implementation.
Coach and guide leaders to build confidence in people management, team effectiveness and decision making.
Contribute to People and Culture initiatives that strengthen the employee experience, including performance, engagement, inclusion, policy and people systems.
Support the P&C Specialist to manage recruitment activity, ensuring timely, effective and candidate focused hiring processes.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You will be an experienced People & Culture professional who builds trusted relationships, makes sound decisions and brings a practical, people centred approach. Calm, credible and outcomes focused, you will be confident partnering with senior leaders in a fast paced environment.
5 years’ experience as a People & Culture Business Partner or in a comparable generalist HR role.
Confidence partnering with senior leaders and providing practical, commercial people advice.
Sound understanding of Australian employment law, employee relations and organisational change.
Strong stakeholder management, influencing, coaching and communication skills.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Law or a related discipline.
