- Coordinate tasks and information across multiple groups to ensure actions are clearly understood and progressed.
- Maintain project and activity status trackers, incorporating updates from regular team meetings and stakeholder discussions.
- Administer and maintain the team’s documentation repositories, ensuring information is accurate, accessible and up to date.
- Create, manage and track Jira tickets, ensuring actions and updates are recorded and followed through to completion.
- Maintain and update Confluence pages and other team documentation.
- Work closely with internal Procurement and Vendor Management teams and external suppliers to coordinate network-related orders and fulfilment activities.
- Collect, analyse and validate data across relevant systems, portals and management platforms, identifying discrepancies and ensuring information is accurate and reliable.
- Coordinate supplier contract renewals, working with relevant internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure activities are completed within required timeframes.
- Review and update technical, operational and process documentation to reflect current systems, processes and requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, documentation and ways of working through effective use of data, technology and AI-enabled tools.

Skills and experience
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience working with data, validating information and producing reports.
- Experience creating and maintaining process, technical or operational documentation.
