THE ROLE
The SSHE Deployment Lead is responsible for one or more SHE capabilities across one or more factories or sites within the Business Unit. This role serves as the central coordinator for all Security, Safety, Health, and Environment (SSHE) matters, ensuring consistent deployment of global programs, compliance with standards, and strong performance management across manufacturing and non‑manufacturing environments. This position is a key member of the Supply Chain and SSHE leadership ecosystem. It offers a strong opportunity to build cross‑functional networks, deepen SSHE expertise, and influence safety culture across diverse operational settings.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Coordination & Deployment
Lead SSHE coordination for Manufacturing sites, Distribution Centres, Refrigerated Vans, and Office locations.
Deploy global SSHE programs and Framework Standards across all BU sites.
Act as the central liaison between “Make” and “Non‑Make” teams to ensure aligned execution of safety initiatives.
Compliance & Auditing
Coordinate SHE FWS, BRSR, and ESRS audits.
Monitor and report performance using SSHE systems and KPIs.
Drive timely closure of action plans and continuous improvement in PAR scores.
Capability Building & Support
Complete SSHE training and certification to build full-spectrum capability.
Facilitate SSHE Communities of Practice (CoPs).
Support identification of training needs and deliver capability‑building programs.
Performance Monitoring & Best Practices
Track, analyze, and validate safety data to ensure progress against targets.
Prepare performance reports and ensure data integrity.
Identify, share, and embed best practices across the BU.
Support deployment of Behaviour-Based Safety (BBS) and Process Safety Management (PSM) programs.
Security & Environment
Support compliance with all relevant SSHE regulations, standards, and company policies.
Contribute to security initiatives as part of the broader SSHE agenda.
Pay: The pay range for this position is $71,400 to $107,200. The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC) takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
