In this role, you'll bring our brands to life across social media channels, creating engaging content that inspires travel, strengthens brand affinity and drives meaningful audience engagement.
How You'll Shine
As our Social Media Executive, you'll help shape and execute social media activity across multiple platforms and brands, including:
Creating engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn
Developing compelling captions, stories and social-first messaging that resonate with diverse audiences
Producing and editing short-form video content that captures attention and drives engagement
Collaborating with marketing, communications, creative and resort teams to uncover authentic stories and content opportunities
Tailoring content and campaigns across our portfolio of brands, including Travel + Leisure, Club Wyndham and Accor Vacation Club
Monitoring community engagement and responding to comments, messages and reviews in line with brand standards
Analyzing social media performance and providing recommendations to improve reach, engagement and conversion outcomes
Staying across evolving social media trends, platform updates and emerging content formats
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who is equal parts creative thinker, content creator and community builder.
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
Experience creating and managing content across major social media platforms
Strong copywriting and communication skills with exceptional written English
Proven experience producing and editing short-form video content for social channels
Sound understanding of social media best practices, trends and audience engagement strategies
Experience tracking and interpreting social performance metrics
Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
A collaborative approach and the confidence to work with stakeholders across different teams
A positive, customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering great experiences
Highly Regarded
Experience managing social media content across multiple brands or regions
Graphic design capability using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
Video editing experience using Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or equivalent platforms
Experience within travel, hospitality, lifestyle or consumer-focused brands
