Overview
Scope of Position: The Sales Assistant will support the WinShape Foundation goal of increasing participation of guests in experiences and generating increased revenue through administrative tasks and inbound sales assistance. The Sales Assistant will provide professional, genuine and gracious interactions with all individuals who are a part of, or are interested in, the WinShape Foundation.
Reports to: Director, Strategic Relationships

Responsibilities
- Inputs accurate information about group reservations in property management system and assists in maintaining group history and customer database for all guests of WinShape Foundation
- Prepares and sends proposals and agreements that accurately reflect all initial reservation information; Tracks WinShape Foundation agreements, deposits, etc.
- Provides weekly, monthly, and annual WinShape Foundation sales reports as requested
- Receives inquiries and phone calls from potential clients, gathers pertinent information, relays information to and schedules follow-up calls for Strategic Relationships
- Maintains knowledge of logistics surrounding programs and activities provided by WinShape Foundation
- Attends Sales related meetings as scheduled
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field; or 2 to 3 years of related work experience
- Commitment to working 20-25 hours per week with flexibility to support varying schedules, including different days and shifts as needed, and the ability to work remotely as scheduled.
- Adheres and commits to the policies, procedures, and values set forth by WinShape Foundation
Skillsets:
- Organizational skills with strong attention to detail to provide accuracy and the ability to prioritize work effectively in an environment with competing demands
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, customer relationship management system (Salesforce preferred), and ability to efficiently learn new systems
- Demonstrates ability to relate well with others while collaborating in a team environment
- Flexible to work on a variety of assignments with the ability to learn quickly
- Demonstrates ability to self-manage projects and have strong time-management skills
