The People & Culture Business Partner Officer serves as a key strategic partner to assigned business units, aligning HR initiatives with VXI Global Holdings BV (Philippines)'s business objectives. This role focuses on employee relations, talent management, organizational development, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to assigned business unit leaders and employees on all HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, talent development, and HR policies.
* Partner with business leaders to understand their strategies and priorities, translating them into actionable HR initiatives and solutions.
* Facilitate and manage employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
* Support talent management processes, including performance reviews, succession planning, and career development initiatives within assigned business units.
* Collaborate with the People & Culture team to develop and implement HR programs and policies that support employee engagement, retention, and a positive company culture.
* Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to business leaders to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions.
* Assist in the implementation of organizational change initiatives and support employees through transitions.
* Conduct new hire orientations and support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
* Promote VXI's values and culture, fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment.
* Stay updated on best practices in HR and labor laws to ensure compliance and effective HR service delivery.
Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
* A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner or similar strategic HR role, preferably within the BPO industry.
* Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills.
* Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
* Demonstrated experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
