The Right Person for This Role

Technical knowledge is important, but so is the ability to work with people.

Because healthcare does not operate on a traditional Monday-through-Friday schedule, the Business Office Manager must have the flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends when facility needs require it.

We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:

  • Health benefits
  • Paid time off
  • 401(k)
  • Employee Stock Purchase Program
  • A stable, on-site leadership role
  • The opportunity to make a meaningful difference for residents and families

Why This Role Matters

A strong Business Office Manager does much more than manage accounts.

You help residents and families understand their options. You help protect the financial health of the facility. You make sure applications, billing, collections, coverage changes, and financial documentation continue moving forward. And you become a trusted resource for both families and the facility team.
