Our technology organisation is evolving from a largely externally-driven delivery model towards empowered internal product and engineering teams.

We are actively integrating AI into discovery, decision-making and delivery and are exploring Agentic Agile ways of working. Product Managers joining this team will help define what an AI-enabled product organization looks like.
Your mission
Turn guest shoppers into members who come back, by making membership easy to join and worth using across web and app.
Your product area covers
Member sign-up & onboarding, login & account, member profile & personalisation model, member surfaces across web and app, using member rewards and preferences & consent.
The metrics you are accountable for
Guest-to-member conversion, member activation, second-purchase rate, contactable member rate and redemption journey completion.

Key responsibilities
- Own product vision, strategy and roadmap for your domain across web and app.
- Identify opportunities through customer research, analytics and experimentation.
- Translate problems into measurable outcomes and prioritized initiatives.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, UX, Data, CRM and Commercial teams.
- Create momentum and progress in an evolving environment.
- Champion AI-enabled discovery, prioritization and product development.
- Contribute to building a modern product culture within Hunkemöller.
What we are looking for
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in e-commerce, digital products or technology organizations in the area of loyalty and/or member engagement.
- Strong commercial mindset and experience delivering measurable business impact.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with experimentation, customer insights and data-informed decision making.
- Ability to influence without authority and align diverse stakeholders.
- Comfortable navigating change, ambiguity and organizational transformation.
- Curiosity about AI and enthusiasm for adopting emerging ways of working.
AI-native product management
We believe AI will fundamentally change how product teams discover opportunities, make decisions and deliver value. We are embedding AI into our daily workflows and evolving towards Agentic Agile ways of working. We are looking for Product Managers who want to help lead that transformation.
